Ferment Share from The Living Tree in Durango will include: 32 oz growler of kombucha, PLUS 16 oz fermented sauerkraut and/or kimchi varieties (like pineapple kimchi!) each week. The kombucha will be a different exciting flavor each week such as blueberry/basil or lemon/ginger.

As the Living Tree says of their kombucha: “We ferment our Jun style kombucha in Hungarian oak barrels. Christian, our gifted komucha craftsman is always coming up with new flavors. His well balanced flavor profile is inspired by whats growing around him and a few wacky ideas that just come to him. “

Dates and Location:

June 26th to October 10th; Sixteen week rotation of the best ferments!

  • Cortez: Thursdays 4:00-6:00pm, Warehouse location on 30 North Beech Street Unit B

  • Durango: Wednesdays 4:00-6:00pm, Powerhouse Science Center on 1333 Camino Del Rio

  • Telluride: Thursdays 3:00-5:00pm, location to be announced

Price:

Sixteen weeks for $278 plus tax. That averages out to be about $17/week!
